1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:
- "Platform " The bh999v website, mobile web application, and all services accessible at bh999v.vip and any associated subdomains.
- "Account" A registered user profile created by a Player on the bh999v Platform, through which the Player may deposit funds, place wagers, and access promotions.
- "Player" / "User" Any individual who accesses the bh999v Platform, whether registered or not. Where a registered account is involved, "Player" refers specifically to the account holder.
- "Wallet" The in-platform balance held against a Player's Account, funded by deposits and credited with winnings, bonuses, or promotional awards.
- "Wager" / "Bet" Any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or other betting product available on the bh999v Platform.
- "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or reward issued by bh999v to a Player's Account under specific promotional conditions.
- "Prohibited Territory" Any jurisdiction in which accessing, using, or participating in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and from which bh999v does not accept registrations.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) The identity and age verification process bh999v may require a Player to complete before processing withdrawal requests or activating certain account features.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To open and maintain an active bh999v Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
You must be at least 21 years of age. bh999v strictly prohibits participation by minors. If bh999v has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered Player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during the suspension period may be forfeited if the Player cannot demonstrate they meet the age requirement.
You must not be accessing the bh999v Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager. bh999v accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform in breach of local laws.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active bh999v Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bh999v or any affiliated platform. If you have voluntarily self-excluded and subsequently attempt to open a new account, bh999v reserves the right to close that account and return any deposited funds, with no bonuses or winnings paid out.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
bh999v processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the Platform:
bh999v accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. bh999v does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — all payment instruments used must be registered in the Player's own name.
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200 via bKash or Nagad; ৳500 via bank transfer.
- Minimum withdrawal request: ৳500 for mobile money methods; ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
- Maximum withdrawal amounts per day and per week may be set at the account tier level. VIP members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits as part of the VIP programme.
- bh999v does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the Player's Wallet within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile money methods and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. bh999v is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or national public holidays observed in Bangladesh.
bh999v reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: All transactions on the bh999v Platform are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring. Any attempt to use the Platform to launder funds, circumvent financial regulations, or process transactions on behalf of third parties will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
bh999v offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated alongside each individual promotion:
All bonus amounts credited to a Player's Wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.
bh999v actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, using automated betting scripts, or colluding with other Players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.
Bonus credits and free bets have an expiry period stated in their individual promotion terms. Unused bonus value that has not been wagered by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's Wallet without notice or compensation. bh999v is not obligated to notify Players of approaching bonus expiry deadlines.
5. Responsible Gaming

6. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the bh999v Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of bh999v or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bh999v Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of bh999v. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in the immediate revocation of your access licence and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
bh999v reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable supplemental policy.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment disputes, or identity fraud.
- Multiple account registration or any form of collusion with other Players.
- Use of software exploits, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
- Any conduct that bh999v reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.
Upon termination of an Account for a breach of these Terms, bh999v reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh999v, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the bh999v Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from any bet or wager.
- Service interruptions, technical errors, or connectivity failures beyond bh999v's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to a Player's Account as a result of the Player's failure to maintain adequate password security.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks.
- Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or jackpot figures resulting from software faults, provided such faults are corrected promptly upon discovery.
- Any loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on information, content, or statements published on the Platform.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit bh999v's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and any relevant regulations that may apply to the operation of the bh999v Platform. bh999v does not make representations as to the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and the Player bears full responsibility for ensuring their compliance with local laws.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and bh999v arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the bh999v customer support team. Disputes that cannot be resolved through internal support channels should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bh999v will acknowledge written dispute submissions within 5 business days and provide a full response within 20 business days.
10. Privacy & Data
Your use of the bh999v Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy as published on the Privacy Policy page of this site. bh999v collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect that data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
